Product Features and Applications
Medicinal active alumina adsorbent is a type of alumina with a unique structure produced through a specialized manufacturing process. It is non-toxic, tasteless, and odorless, appearing as a white, fine-grained powder. It features high chemical purity, strong adsorption capacity, rapid solution permeation rates, excellent decolorization performance, and easy regeneration, and a long service life. It exhibits strong hygroscopicity in air but remains stable after absorbing moisture; it can be restored by drying at 110°C. It is insoluble in water and organic solvents but dissolves in strong acid and strong alkali solutions at high temperatures.

Main Applications of Pharmaceutical-Grade Activated Alumina Adsorbent:
1. Selective adsorption and separation of aromatic compounds and organic gases and liquids during the refining of petroleum products;
2. Use as a catalyst support and chromatography carrier in the chemical industry;
